By using the services of The Dog Nanny LLC, you agree to the following terms:

• Service Standards: The Dog Nanny provides premium, high-enrichment care. All new clients must complete a Discovery Call and a "Meet and Greet" before services are confirmed.

• Booking and Payment: All bookings and payments are managed through our secure portal to maintain our signature standard of care.

• Safety and Health: Owners must provide proof of vaccinations and disclose any behavioral traits to ensure the safety of the pack.

• Cancellations: We accept a limited number of pack members each month; therefore, cancellations must be made within our established notice period to avoid fees.

• Liability: While we provide professional, GPS-verified care, The Dog Nanny LLC is not responsible for unpredictable behavior of pets or pre-existing medical conditions.
