The Nanny’s List is a recurring monthly investment of $15.95. This fee is processed automatically via Stripe and is non-refundable once processed.

To avoid being charged for a subsequent cycle, please ensure your request is submitted at least three (3) business days before your next billing date.

As a member, you are automatically granted a 14-day head start on all major holiday booking windows before they are opened to the public. While we prioritize our members, spots are still filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If we are fully committed, you will be moved to the very top of our Priority Waitlist.
Absolutely. We believe in earning your trust with every visit. You may cancel at any time with three (3) business days' notice. Just keep in mind that you must be an active member in good standing both at the time of booking and at the time of service to utilize your discounts and deposit-free status.

Note to Members: This section provides a reference copy of The Nanny’s List Membership Agreement. While this summarizes our commitment to you, all active memberships and bookings are officially governed by the formal agreement signed within your Time To Pet portal. In the event of any discrepancies, the signed version in your portal shall serve as the master record.
This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between The Dog Nanny LLC ("the Company") and the undersigned Client ("the Member"). This Agreement governs the terms of the boutique membership program known as "The Nanny’s List".
1.1 Membership Fee: The Member agrees to a recurring monthly investment of $15.95.
1.2 Automated Billing: Fees shall be processed automatically on a monthly basis via the Company’s designated payment processor, Stripe.
1.3 Non-Refundability: Fees are non-refundable once processed.
1.4 Status Requirement: All benefits are strictly contingent upon the membership being active and in good standing at the time of booking AND at the time of service.
1.5 Member-Initiated Cancellation: Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation must be requested via email to hello@dognanny.net at least three (3) business days before the next billing cycle to avoid subsequent charges.
2.1 Scope: "Standard Service" is defined as: House Sitting (including 24/7 care), Drop-In Visits, Boarding, Doggy Day Care, and Transportation.
2.2 Exclusions: Standard Service excludes specialized medical monitoring and intensive post-surgical care.
2.3 The "Nanny" Standard: Every visit includes full-service house management and our "Fresh Start" Policy, ensuring a tidy home, laundered linens, and a redressed bed upon the Member's return.
3.1 Standard Service Discount: Members receive a 10% discount on the base rate of all Standard Services.
3.2 Holiday Discount Exclusion: This 10% discount does not apply to major holiday bookings.
3.3 Non-Stacking: This discount is exclusive and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or legacy rates.
3.4 Per-Booking Perks: For each individual booking, Members are entitled to one (1) complimentary Seasonal Photo or Custom Enrichment Prep.
4.1 Priority Communication: Members are guaranteed same-day (within 4-hour) response times for all booking inquiries made during standard operating hours.
4.2 14-Day Priority Window: Members are granted a fourteen (14) day head start on all major holiday booking windows.
4.3 Priority Waitlist: Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the Company is fully committed, Members will be placed at the top of the Priority Waitlist.
5.1 Waiver of Deposits: The standard 50% upfront holiday deposit is waived for active Members in good standing.
5.2 Continuity Commitment: In lieu of a financial deposit, this Agreement serves as a formal commitment to the reserved schedule.
5.3 Holiday Cancellation Policy: Members must provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice for holiday cancellations.
5.4 Late Cancellation Penalties: Holiday reservations canceled with less than 14 days' notice incur a fee equal to 50% of the total estimated service cost.
5.5 Exception Clause: Exceptions may be made at the Company’s sole discretion for genuine extenuating circumstances entirely outside of the Member's control.
